3. The chance to be listened to fully and contribute to our investigations and our group meetings.

4. Choices and opportunities to express any concerns, suggestions, wants or needs that you may have.

5. Privacy at all times and confidentiality with any issues you may have or any of your friends or family members that contact us.

6. Your compliments, comments or complaints will be taken seriously.

7. Engagement with our founder members for any issues or advice if required upon request.

8. Assistance in boosting your paranormal skills both scientifically and psychically and also help to build members confidence and self-esteem.

9. Guidance to access further information and advice if required.

10. Support in joining the investigations and the group meetings we regularly hold and to enable group members to become more involved.
