Look out for is auto-suggestion, for instance, when one person says they feel cold and then everyone else says the same even if the temperature where they are hasn’t changed. Another example of auto-suggestion would be for everyone to know that there’s been reports of people feeling ill when they sit in a particular chair at a location. If one person then sits in the chair they might expect to feel ill so much that they may actually think themselves ill which is called a psychosomatic illness. To minimise auto suggestion I recommend that as little people know the background and history of a location as possible before a paranormal investigation
