These photos were taken by Birmingham Investigators of the Unknown by my very good friend and founder member Peter on the 1st June 2009 while attending a training location. He took these photos using his own 10K FujiFilm camera for the express purpose of obtaining evidence for BirminghamIU and BirminghamIU ONLY! Unfortunately someone has tried to pass them on as their own photos when they are certainly copyrighted and owned by BirminghamIU. Also a personal theory and debate that was my own about pollen possibly being the cause of some 'orbs' has also been used. We are currently seeking legal advice.

The first stolen BirminghamIU photo includes numerous ‘orbs’, in fact it shows about the most ‘orbs’ we’ve ever taken on location on a single photograph, we was saving it to use as a debate on our own website. The 2nd stolen BirminghamIU photo is a nice photo taken outside the church at the training location in question.
If anyone wants to use our photographs for their own use, please contact us, we are not ogres and as long as you consent to give full credit to the owners of the material, we will gladly send you a copy of any photo in full quality to analyse or otherwise. Unfortunately this person hasn't given us any credit and is trying to pass the work on as their own without our permission or consent. It's a real shame that people exist that choose to steal our copyrighted work instead of going out on location to obtain their own evidence. All our evidence has been painstakingly collected over a long period of time and it upsets us for someone to simply pass it off as their own work.
