What are the differences between ghosts and spirits?
Are ghosts residual energies and reenactments stuck in time?
Are spirits those of our loved ones and other who have passed over to the otherside?

Ghosts by what we know as a definition handed down from paranormal investigators over the years shows us that ghosts are basicaly residual energy which plays back and event. It is like playing a film back. An example would be to record yourself talking and then playing the video back 2 days later and seeing it all over again even though the moment has passed on.

Ghosts enable us to see what possibly happened in the time span in which this event happened. Spirits indeed are people who have lost there lives. Spirits from what we know have certainly got a level of conciousness and can infact react in many ways to the same way in which we do in our physical bodies.

A spirit is allegedly someone who has lost their lives and overrided there instinct enough to be able to stay within the Etheric plane / Astral planes and effectivly 'hang around'or indeed give them the option to visit the existing phsyical earth within there spirit body and the possibilities of visiting phsyical human beings on earth.

Although this is deemed the standard theory for paranormal and investigations alike it can only remain alleged as the proof will only fully become proof when we pass on and make that transition ourselves.
